We don’t really believe in ‘off-the-shelf’ training packages. Of course, there are certain fundamentals in every topic, but to be most effective courses must be structured with the client in mind - not the other way round. When we’ve understood what you need and what you want, we put together the specific module which we think works best for you from our extensive library of training material.

We don’t have an on-line booking facility for one reason; we like to understand what you need before we go ahead and make arrangements. Too many people book training courses on the strength of the module name, or the course synopsis. We believe that to get the best out of our courses, we need to understand the client and what you want out of it. So we always discuss your needs with you first - that way we can be surer that we’ll provide what you’re looking for, which works best for us and most importantly, for you.

Environment is very important. Some clients like to come to us, some like us to come to them. Sometimes we choose a neutral venue, maybe a hotel or a college or a business centre. In the end, we’ll always agree a suitable location which means that attendees have the right environment, facilities and resources to get the most out of the session. So leave the location question to us - we’ll do whatever works best for everybody.

Selecting course sizes is usually quite important. Some modules work best with a lot of group/team working, which usually means even numbers - maybe 6-12 attendees. Some other modules work best in small groups of maybe 4-6. Our guiding philosophy is that we will find a way to meet the client’s needs; so leave the course size problems to us - we’ll tell you what we can do and how it’ll work and we’ll agree on what works best for everybody.

Our training has a purpose - to make a difference. Every participant in every course is able to contact our Course Leader by phone or by email after the event, should any clarification be needed around application or design relating to the course you attended.
