Interviewing & Recruitment Skills

Recruiting the right people is critical for any organisation. Mistakes can be costly, de-motivational, and can waste huge amounts of time and effort. In this module, we explore the options for interviewing and assessing candidates, and we practice interview techniques and skills using a variety of scenarios. We examine alternatives for approaches to interviewing, from the traditional to the structured method, to behavioural-based techniques (amongst others). The objective of this module is to enable interviewers to feel relaxed, comfortable and confident in themselves and in the process they have chosen to find candidates who will fit the job and the organisation as well as possible.
