So we place our emphasis on demonstrating the difference effective managers can make by exploring the practical aspects of getting the most out of yourself and others.
The modules in this programme explore the extraordinary range of ways you can organise yourself & those around you; and opens up the skills you need to transform, stimulate and enable you and the people in your team to improve performance & deliver better results immediately.
This programme contains a set of 8 modules which can be delivered as an entire package, in parts, individually, or as part of a blended approach with modules in our other programmes.

Each of the 8 modules is based around a core 1 day training session. Depending on your needs you may want a topic covered in shorter ½ day module, or perhaps a 2-day version which explores issues in more depth is right for you. Our ‘Personal Impact’ Programme focuses on what we believe are the key leadership qualities; the things you do when you are around other people which enable you to leave your mark in constructive and productive ways – and help you achieve the best results.
The programme’s modules explore the way you lead; present yourself; influence; and the way you communicate – all characteristics of what we call ‘personal effectiveness’. We open up key aspects of self-awareness and enable you to understand how ‘personal effectiveness’ makes a big difference and how to confidently put new approaches into place immediately.
This programme contains a set of 7 modules which can be delivered as an entire package, in parts, individually, or as part of a blended approach with modules in our other programmes.
